We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce professional who can lead development initiatives, drive technical excellence, and deliver scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Certinia PSA along with strong Salesforce development skills and prior experience in team handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce development and implementation projects
- Design and develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Lightning framework
- Work extensively on Certinia PSA for project, resource, and financial management solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure best practices in coding standards, performance optimization, and platform security
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Salesforce developers
- Handle integrations with third-party systems and support BI/reporting needs
- Participate in deployment planning, release management, and CI/CD processes
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Aura, Lightning)
- Proven experience with Certinia PSA (FinancialForce PSA)
- Hands-on experience with Service Estimator.
- Strong knowledge of SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce data modeling
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Exposure to BI tools, dashboards, and reporting is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Qualifications:
BCA, MCA, B.Tech, M.Tech, or related field
Preferred:
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II or equivalent)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Prior experience managing teams and delivering complex projects
