Technical and Personal Skills :
- 7+ year's hands-on Salesforce development experience with Salesforce Apex, Visual Force, LWC, Aura, Flows, Platform events, Custom Objects, Salesforce APIs, and Force.com.
- Strong experience with Service, Sales and Experience Cloud.
- Demonstrated strong experience completing custom development solutions in Salesforce Lightning Apex, LWC, AURA as well as out of the box Salesforce configurations.
- Strong understanding of integration concepts and experience in developing integrations between Salesforce and third-party platform using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs.
- Experience working in a DevSecOps environment utilising Git and CI/CD tools such as GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket, Bamboo.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
- Experience working in an ITIL environment.
- Demonstrated exceptional customer service, verbal/written communication and collaboration skills with a variety of stakeholders with varying technical expertise.
- Experience working independently and proactively whilst demonstrating impeccable risk identification/mitigation and time management skills.
- Proven ability to write quality, fit-for-purpose documentation including, but not limited to KB articles, technical designs, release notes.
- A desire, passion, and tenacity to set a personal vision and truly make a difference in the work you do with your colleagues.
