Role Responsibilities:
- Drive lead-to-quote system requirements by collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and implement best practices
- Guide developers and QA teams through scope, deliverables, testing, and deployment
- Facilitate UAT, demos, and documentation of processes and enhancements
Key Deliverables:
- Scalable Salesforce enhancements and system configurations
- Documented business requirements and process flows
- Completed UAT and successful deployment coordination
- Regular updates on product roadmap and run-the-business issue resolution
