- Summary - We are seeking a Salesforce Architect with strong technical expertise and solution design experience across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and integration landscapes. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end architecture design, ensure scalable implementations, and guide the team in aligning business goals with Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities.
Solution Architecture & Design -
- Define the overall architecture for Salesforce implementations, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with enterprise standards.
- Design and document data models, integration patterns, and system interfaces between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
- Translate complex business requirements into secure, high-performing, and reliable Salesforce solutions.
Technical Leadership
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, administrators, and functional consultants.
- Review code, design components, and ensure adherence to Sales forcecoding and configuration best practices.
- Establish and enforce development, deployment, and integration standards.
Platform Expertise
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce core products — Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Platform (Apex, LWC, Flows).
- Experience with advanced capabilities like Omni-Channel, Chatbot (Einstein Bots), and Integration via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, AI, and DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, or similar) is a plus.
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define and prioritize solutions.
- Lead architecture discussions, technical workshops, and design sessions with customers and internal teams.
- Communicate architectural decisions and technical risks effectively to executives and project teams.
- Governance & Quality
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce security and compliance guidelines.
- Establish CI/CD and automated testing frameworks for Salesforce releases.
- Conduct impact analysis for new releases and manage technical debt
You'll be perfect for the role if you have:
- Experience: 20+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 10 years in Salesforce architecture or technical leadership roles.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect
- Additional certifications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) are a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Triggers, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Batch Jobs, and Integration frameworks.
- Experience with API-based integrations, middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.), and external systems.
- Strong understanding of data migration, performance tuning, and large data volume handling.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
