TITLE : Lead - SDR (NA Region)

LOCATION : CHENNAI

What You'll Do

  • Build and scale a North Americafocused SDR team
  • Hire A-players and create a performance culture
  • Own pipeline KPIs and revenue contribution
  • Design outreach frameworks tailored to the North American buyer
  • Run strategic initiatives and clearly articulate impact
  • Partner with Sales & Marketing to refine ICP, messaging, and conversion

This is a full accountability role , not just activity management. Build and manage the North American pipeline engine. Lead it, own it & scale it.

Job Description

  • 7+ years in SaaS with deep exposure to international markets
  • Proven Individual Contributor success in international markets
  • Experience leading SDR/BDR teams with measurable KPI ownership
  • Built processes, run initiatives, and can explain impact with clarity and structure
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building before structure exists
  • High ownership. High standards. High urgency.
  • You understand North American buyer psychology. You know what good looks like. And you've built it before.
