Job Description

The Sales Operations Lead plays a critical role in supporting the worldwide sales organization by managing endtoend compensation processes, ensuring accuracy in performance reporting, quota setting, and compliance with defined timelines. The role is also responsible for developing and optimizing processes, tools, and analytics that enable the full sales lifecycle-spanning pipeline visibility, bookings insights, forecasting, sales productivity, and attainment performance.

We are seeking a proactive, thorough individual who enjoys working with data, complex business rules, and crossfunctional teams. This role requires strong analytical capability, operational rigor, and the ability to partner effectively with Sales and Sales Operations leadership.

Primary Responsibilities

Operational Excellence & Program Management

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and drive them to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Partner with the Sales leadership to identify process bottlenecks and implement dataenrichment and processimprovement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional operations teams and business leaders to ensure alignment, data accuracy, and timely delivery of insights.

Analytics, Reporting & Insights

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance sales analytics dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for sales and executive leadership.
  • Analyse pipeline, bookings, forecasting trends, sales productivity, and attainment performance to support strategic decisionmaking.

Compensation & Quota Operations

  • Manage compensation rule execution and updates within compensation tools.
  • Support accurate attainment reporting, revenue tracking, and timely completion of compensation cycles.
  • Assist in quota setting and validation for sales representatives.

Process Improvement & Data Quality

  • Strengthen dataquality and QA processes to ensure accuracy, trust, and transparency across sales leadership.
  • Apply datacleansing techniques to improve the quality of accounts and contacts databases.
  • Develop methods for enriching and expanding the database (including new name acquisition).

Systems, Tools & Automation

  • Support automation and operational efficiency through innovative thinking, system enhancements, and bestpractice sharing.
  • Contribute to the development of tools and applications that streamline operational workflows.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related analytical/operational roles.
  • Bachelor's degree required preference given to candidates with an MBA or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience managing complex, crossfunctional projects with multiple leaders.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations processes, sales cycles, and reporting frameworks.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (multivariable models, advanced formulas, pivots, logic matching).
  • Strong PowerPoint skills, including integration with Excel and automated charting.
  • Experience developing automating Excel workflows, and building datadriven tools.
  • Handson experience working with SFDC, Dynamics, Anaplan, Power BI.
  • Highly organized, meticulous, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Flexibility to work across time zones and manage deadlines under pressure.
