Role: Lead Sales

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 4+ years

Role Overview: The Sales Lead will be responsible for driving business growth in the staffing and outsourcing domain by acquiring and managing Tier-1 and enterprise clients. Based in Bangalore, this role focuses on selling consulting and outsourced staffing solutions, building long-term client relationships, and expanding existing accounts. The Sales Lead will work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful fulfilment of consulting positions, while consistently meeting revenue targets and contributing to overall sales strategy.

Required Qualifications:

  • Latest 2 years of experience should be in staffing / outsourcing industry
  • Should have experience in working with Tier - 1 / Enterprise customer
  • Should have experience in selling consulting positions for at least one year
