Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end sales for the LOS, Scoring Engine, and AI solutions across banks, NBFCs, and fintech.
  • Build and execute a go-to-market strategy for enterprise SaaS sales in financial services.
  • Define and drive revenue growth targets in alignment with company goals.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert high-value opportunities with CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Build a robust pipeline of lending institutions with a focus on Loan Against Property, SME lending, and secured lending products.
  • Conduct product demo with financial institutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their lending workflows, risk processes, and compliance needs.
  • Negotiate and close large enterprise contracts, including SaaS subscriptions, custom AI model development, and integrations.
  • Develop partnerships with ecosystem players (system integrators, credit bureaus, fintech enablers).
  • Track competitive landscape, pricing models, and evolving client requirements.
  • Provide structured feedback to product and leadership teams for continuous innovation.

Requirements

  • 2-6 years of experience selling software, ideally to banks, NBFCs, or fintech.
  • Prior experience with LOS, LMS, credit scoring, risk tech, or AI-driven financial products is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to build and close enterprise deals (5 crores + ACV).
  • Strong network with CXOs, risk heads, and digital transformation leaders in BFSI.
  • Excellent understanding of loan origination workflows, credit policies, and underwriting processes.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Growth-oriented, ambitious, and hands-on with the ability to build a sales function from scratch.
  • Self-driven with strong accountability for results.
  • Passionate about AI's role in reshaping financial services.
