Job Description:
- 8+ years of experience in RPA engineering, automation development, or process improvement roles
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with leading RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
- Solid understanding of end-to-end process automation, including process analysis, design, bot development, testing, and deployment
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g. C# VB.NET)
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), APIs, and integration patterns
- Strong knowledge of database technologies (e.g., SQL Server)
- Familiarity with Agile development life cycle and Scrum methodologies
