Role Overview
We are looking for aLead Robotics Engineerwho will take ownership of the design, development, and
integration of complete robotic systems. In a startup environment, this role requires a hands-on engineer
who can architect robotic systems, lead technical development, and guide the team through system-level
challenges from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
Robotics System Design & Architecture
- Design and define theoverall robotics system architectureincluding perception, control,
- planning, hardware interfaces, and AI modules.
- Translate product requirements intotechnical specifications and system-level design.
- Make keyengineering decisions on sensors, compute, control systems, and robotics
- frameworks.
Hands-on Robotics Development
- Develop and integrate robotics software includingrobot control, perception pipelines,
- navigation, and system integration.
- Work with robotics frameworks such asROS/ROS2, simulation environments, and hardware
- interfaces.
- Contribute directly toprototyping, debugging, and performance optimizationof robotic
- systems.
System Integration & Testing
- Lead theintegration of mechanical, electrical, and software components.
- Developtesting strategies, validation processes, and debugging workflows.
- Ensure system reliability throughiterative testing in simulation and real-world environments.
Technical Leadership
- Providetechnical direction and mentorshipto robotics engineers and interns.
- Conductarchitecture reviews, code reviews, and system design discussions.
- Help the team solvecomplex robotics engineering problems.
Project Planning & Execution
- Break down product goals intoengineering tasks and development milestones.
- Coordinate development efforts acrossrobotics, AI, hardware, and embedded teams.
- Drive projects fromconcept prototype deployment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 24 years of experiencein robotics development.
- Strong programming skills inPython and/or C++
- Experience withROS/ROS2 and robotics software development.
- Familiarity withrobot simulation tools(Gazebo, Isaac Sim, Mujoco, etc.).
- Good understanding ofrobot kinematics, control systems, sensors, and system integration.
- Ability todebug and work across hardware software interfaces.
