Duties And Responsibilities
- PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Effective team and stakeholder management.
Regular engagement with cross functional team
End to end understanding of loss projections in terms of AOP, recalibrated estimations done monthly basis bounce/collection inputs/trends.
Responsible for analyzing departmental risk policies, portfolio analysis, policy audits, bounce analysis and new customer acquisition analysis.
Regular engagement with stakeholders to identify new business opportunity and take policy actions on marginal segments.
Actively engagement with RCU team to keep controls on fraud accounts at acquisition levels. Understanding past trends and build fraud trigger mechanism
Required system changes and controls to be explored and get this build in system
Review Risk review and operating deck with the team and provide insight which will lead portfolio quality.
Risk management, process enhancement, business analysis and data analysis and take proactive corrective actions on the basis of portfolio performance.
Understanding of SQL and automated BI reports to get execute required outcomes
Monitor risk metrics and highlight any stress/trends and simulate on historical data for projected impact of proposals
Ensuring policies are aligned to customer requirements and capture the right segments mix which helps in meeting targeted business volumes and budgeted loss rates.

Educational Qualifications
Post-graduate degree
Prior knowledge of SQL
8+ years of underwriting/Risk for unsecured products
Experience on stakeholder management and team management
