Supervise & Support SAP Sales & Distribution module
| - Act as a solution Architect and supervise the subordinate/s and partner support team on a day to day basis,
- Build up and validate the solution

CRM/ Customer
| - Drive in implementing CRM Platform across the organization on any of the CRM solution (Sales Force, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Sugar CRM, SAP C4C)
|
Lead the Digital transformation Track
| - Be a track lead for the various digital initiatives taken at the Unit level across the various plants, stores in the Domestic Textile Business,
|
Integration with Other applications | - Ability to understand the different integration points across interconnected systems,
- Ability to interact with the other application owners, support partners on the integration aspect,
|
BI/ Qlikview Dashboard Reporting | - Ability to interact with business to define the KPI's to be reported,
- Ability to identify the linkages in SAP tables and mapping,
|
Uniformity of processes across businesses | - To design the process so that they are uniform and yet do not compromise on the business specific requirements
|
Process Enhancement / optimization with a view on realizing business benefits | - Establish the business requirements for current and future with a view to realizing business benefits.
- To identify the functionalities / support applications or customizations that would help meet the aforesaid requirements
- To identify the areas of present processes that falls short on its expectations or has scope for further improvements. To design and implement solutions for such processes

To ensure & support in smooth usage of SAP Sales & Distribution of all the locations | - Ensure Support is available to the users on critical period including month end,
- Smooth running of the system
- Enhancement & New development to be done considering SAP best practice,

Business Application Implementation, Roll out and Support | - To prepare a migration plan - where required and setting up of responsibilities from IT Functions for each task involved.
- To drive organization change management through user training and support
- Constant interaction with business for application usage

People Management | - Develop personal competencies and knowledge among vendor resources to deliver the required systems development and support needs.
- Develop strong working relationships with respective users
- Manage the attrition by creating a conducive & challenging environment.
