Job Description:Own end-to-end requirement lifecycle in DOORSGovern baselines, changes, traceability, and auditsAct as the central authority across system, design, validation, quality, and suppliersKey Responsibilities . Requirement GovernanceLead requirement elicitation from OEM, system, safety, cybersecurity, manufacturingDecompose requirements:Customer System Sub-system HW/SWMaintain clear requirement taxonomy (functional, performance, interface, safety) Baseline & Change ControlCreate and manage formal Customer/System baselinesLead or support Change Control Board (CCB)Perform impact analysis (scope, cost, timing, safety, testing)Ensure full versioning and audit trail in DOORS Traceability & Quality Verification & Validation Alignment Stakeholder & Supplier AlignmentEnsure bidirectional traceability:Customer Design Implementation Test VerificationDrive requirement reviews, defect closure, and quality checksMonitor requirement stability and volatility metricsEnsure every requirement is verifiable and linked to test methodsAlign with DVP&R, test cases, and validation evidenceDrive cross-functional and OEM alignment workshopsManage interfaces and dependencies across teamsFlow down requirements to suppliers and ensure complianceMaintain complete RM evidence (baselines, trace logs, impact reports)Support internal and customer audits with confidence Tools & Expertise RequiredIBM DOORS / DOORS Next †expert level (mandatory)Strong systems mindset (V-Model)eAxle / electric drive domain understandingMBSE / SysML awareness (added advantage)


Qualifications
