Role Description:
Lead and drive end-to-end bulk hiring for blue-collar roles across Food and Facilities Management (FM) services in the region. Accountable for meeting hiring volumes, managing a recruiter team, and building sustainable talent pipelines within defined timelines and cost targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end bulk hiring deliveryfor blue-collar roles across the region
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 8+ recruiters to achieve hiring targets and productivity benchmarks
- Drive monthly/quarterly hiring plans aligned to business demand and workforce forecasts
- Ensure closure of positions within TAT and cost-per-hire targets
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and databases for recurring roles
- Develop and manage local sourcing channels: vendors, contractors, field sourcing, job drives, referrals, and community networks
- Establish institutional and agency partnerships for continuous talent supply
- Monitor recruitment funnel metrics, attrition trends, and source effectiveness; recommend actionable interventions
- Partner closely with operations and line managers for manpower planning, requisition clarity, and offer closures
- Ensure process compliance, documentation, and recruitment MIS accuracy
- Drive employee referral programs and alternative sourcing innovations
- Support offer rollout, joining coordination, and onboarding handover to HR operations
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in blue-collar bulk hiring, preferably in Food Services / Facilities Management / Hospitality / Staffing
- Strong Mumbai market exposure with hands-on experience in local hiring ecosystems
- Experience in team handling (min. 5–8 recruiters)
- Strong understanding of high-volume hiring metrics (TAT, cost, conversion ratios)
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in high-pressure, target-driven environments
- Strong planning, execution, and people leadership capabilities
