Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Recruiter Technology to drive end-to-end hiring for mid to senior leadership roles, including VP, Director, and CxO-level searches. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in closing leadership mandates across tech domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment for technology roles (Engineering, Product, Data, etc.)
- Handle mid-to-CxO level mandates independently
- Collaborate closely with founders, hiring managers, and stakeholders to define hiring strategies
- Develop and manage a high-quality talent pipeline across India and global markets
- Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and ATS platforms to source, track, and engage talent
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters and contribute to team growth
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technology recruitment, preferably with an executive search or specialized recruitment firm
- Proven success in closing leadership mandates (Head of Engineering, CTO, VP Product, etc.)
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools such as Zoho Recruit, Lever, or similar
- Prior startup or tech recruitment agency experience preferred
