Drive highimpact Talent strategy in a highgrowth environment

Job Description

Lead endtoend hiring across India for consulting roles, covering experienced, entrylevel and Tier1 campus talent (very important).
Drive Indiaspecific talent acquisition strategies and build strong pipelines for frontend consulting hires.
Identify and assess highpotential (HIPO) talent aligned with consulting success profiles.
Manage senior stakeholder and Partner communication throughout the hiring process.
Oversee referral hiring, candidate engagement, and employer branding initiatives.
Collaborate with the IMEA recruiting team on crossregional hiring projects and process improvements.
Use data and analytics to drive decisionmaking, improve hiring efficiency, and refine recruitment practices.

The Successful Applicant

JOB LOCATION : Mumbai or Gurgaon

Brings 5-10 years of recruiting experience in consulting/professional services, with strong exposure to Tier1 and HIPO hiring.
Excels in stakeholder management, proactive sourcing, and datadriven hiring within a fastpaced, global environment.
