We have an opportunity for Talent Acquisition ( Team Lead) role for our team based at Corporate office, Chennai.
Looking for candidates with 9 - 14 years of experience in core recruitment (Preferrably from Manufacturing industry)
Qualificaiton : MBA/MSW Full time
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for permanent and contingent workforce, ensuring SLA adherence and diversity hiring.
- Drive Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with HRBPs to develop resourcing plans and align hiring strategies with business goals.
- Oversee Onboarding & Talent Admin: Ensure seamless onboarding experience and manage operational delivery of learning programs through dashboards and automation.
- Coach & Develop Team: Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and career development within the team.
Required skills & Experience:
- Looking for candidates with 9 - 14 years of experience
- Good in communication skills
- Good in handling stakeholders/business heads
- Good in man management and understanding the hiring process.
- Experience in both agency and in-house recruitment
- Proven success in sourcing for complex roles
Skills & Knowledge:
- Familiarity with digital/social media tools for recruitment
- Understanding of talent development, performance frameworks, and learning interventions
- Exposure to data analytics and HR tech platforms
- Leadership Attributes:
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
