1. Strategy & Execution: Experience in building and executing strategic initiatives alongside Zonal Business Development Managers and GOEMs.
2. Business Development & Growth: Proven track record in business development, customer relationship management, and managing key accounts to drive year-over-year growth. This includes working closely with Sales and Application teams.
3. Problem Solving: Ability to understand customer requirements, pain points, and challenges to propose effective solutions in collaboration with the Engineering team.
4. Lead Generation & Networking: Active travel to build networks and generate realistic, segment-wise leads aligned with our strategy to increase sales.
5. Genset industry experience is mandatory.
Should have minimum 15 years experience in Sales with B.E/B.Tech background. MBA preferred.
