Lead Quality Assurance

Strong hands-on experience with Apache JMeter for performance testing.

Deep understanding of performance testing methodologies (Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance).

Experience building automation frameworks using Selenium or similar tools.

Programming experience in Java, Python, or JavaScript.

Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Rest Assured).

Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.

Experience with performance monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic).

Strong experience with Git and version control systems.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

6-10+ years of experience in QA with a focus on performance and automation testing.

Experience testing microservices and cloud-based applications (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and distributed testing.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
