Strategic
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that all stakeholders follow quality norms and processes to the letter. Review contractors/vendors on a regular basis for processes/work delivered. Ensure quality reports, quality logs, and compliance documentation and reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Define the quality control procedures and methods that will allow for continual quality improvement across all functions. Oversee the management and implementation of quality controls and review processes from beginning to end; Identify dangers ahead of time and make recommendations about how to address them.
Operational
Improving the quality of work on the job site, reducing rework, and demonstrating continuous improvement in the quality index Collaborate with internal teams to understand product quality feedback and serviceability issues (e.g., Design, Construction & Workmanship). Quality checking of all site activities as per BOQ as per IS Codes and Standards and specifications. Knowledge on all structural and finishing activities. Exposure in QA/QC documentation process
Financial
Deliver quality work practices according to the contract and at right cost
People
Conduct employee training and awareness sessions on quality assurance on a regular basis.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification: BTECH /B.E-Civil Technical proficiency in using computers and generate reports.
Experiences: 12+ years experience in reputed developers in real estate industry. Demonstrated track record of working in setting-up Quality department or good exposure to project execution
