Job Summary
- The Quality Analyst, Lead oversees quality assurance execution across AI, automation, and integration initiatives delivered through Ventra's Global Capability Center. This role provides direction, prioritization, and oversight for quality activities while remaining hands-on in validating complex solutions. The Lead ensures consistent quality standards, supports delivery readiness, and partners with Engineering, AI, and Automation leadership to maintain high confidence in automated solutions.
Essential Functions And Tasks
- Lead quality assurance activities across multiple AI, RPA, and automation initiatives.
- Assign and prioritize testing work across Quality Analysts and Senior Quality Analysts.
- Validate high-impact or complex automation workflows and AI-driven solutions.
- Establish and reinforce quality standards, test practices, and validation approaches.
- Partner with Engineering, AI, and Product leadership to align on quality expectations and release readiness.
- Review defects, trends, and risks and drive resolution strategies.
- Support quality planning for new initiatives, enhancements, and platform changes.
- Ensure adequate test coverage across functional, exception, and failure scenarios.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to quality team members.
- Report quality status, risks, and readiness to delivery and leadership stakeholders.
Education And Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Five or more years of experience in quality assurance, automation testing, or technology delivery roles.
- Prior experience in a lead or supervisory QA role preferred.
- Strong experience supporting RPA, AI, or integration-based solutions.
- Experience operating within a scaled delivery models is a plus.

Compensation
- Base Compensation will be based on various factors unique to each candidate including geographic location, skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons .
