We run Wellness Pro Academy, a high-ticket business mentorship for wellness pros (coaches, practitioners, guides) led by bestselling author and founder Cate Stillman. We help wellness pros grow to $10k–$30k/month with aligned, Ayurveda-informed business models.
We are looking for a full-time Lead Qualifier / Sales Setter in India who can work US hours and is obsessed with follow-up, hitting numbers, and getting qualified prospects to show up for calls.
You will NOT be closing sales at the start. Your job is to work the leads so our closer (Cate) spends time only with people who are ready.
What you'll do
- Call and text new leads within minutes of opting in (Meta ads, quizzes, downloads).
- Run a structured 7–14 day follow-up cadence (calls, SMS, WhatsApp) to get prospects to book or rebook with Cate.
- Conduct short LQ calls (5–15 minutes), follow a proven script, and record every session.
- Capture clean notes from each LQ call and feed them into our AI tools to generate a 1-page business snapshot for Cate before her calls.
- Reactivate old leads in our CRM (GoHighLevel) with the same call + text system.
- Update lead statuses and notes in the pipeline accurately.
- Hit daily KPIs: dials, conversations, LQ sessions, booked calls, and show rate.
- Work closely with our RevOps lead (Sultan) and Member Success (Tamanna) to keep the pipeline clean and moving.
You will not be building automations or writing long copy. Our RevOps lead owns GHL builds, messaging tests, and reporting. Your job is to execute the follow-up system with discipline.
What we're looking for
- Based in India, able to work full US hours (evening / night shift IST).
- Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral, clear accent.
- 2+ year experience in any of: outbound calling, sales, customer support, or appointment setting (remote experience is a plus).
- Comfortable using CRMs (GHL, HubSpot, etc.), Google Docs, WhatsApp, Zoom.
- Stable high-speed internet, reliable laptop, and a quiet space for calls.
- Coachable: you can follow a script exactly, take feedback, and do the same thing well every day.
- High energy and resilience: you're not scared of no, voicemail, or repetition.
- Bonus: interest in wellness / Ayurveda / yoga / coaching.
Compensation
- Base: 600 USD/month (full-time, US hours).
- Performance:
- 15 USD for every completed LQ session (you reach the lead and run the script).
- 70 USD for every Wellness Pro Academy sale that closes from your pipeline.
Realistic OTE for strong performers: 1,500–2,000+ USD/month.
We promote from within. Our best setters will have the opportunity to earn more responsibility and, over time, be trained to run guided close calls.
