Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Faridabad,Haryana for a Lead Qualifier. The Lead Qualifier will be responsible for identifying and assessing potential leads, collecting and verifying accurate information, and maintaining updated lead databases. Additionally, the role involves initial communication with leads, understanding their loan requirements, and passing qualified leads to the respective teams for further processing. Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and act as a bridge between students and lenders to ensure optimal solutions for their financial needs.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Experience in lead qualification, lead assessment, and lead management
- Proficiency in using lead databases, CRM tools, and data entry systems
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment with attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience in education loans, financial services, or a related field is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
