Key Responsibilities:
Engage with inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email to assess their needs and match them with suitable solutions.
Evaluate and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
Accurately record lead information and update the CRM system with relevant details.
Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads and maintain interest.
Respond to inquiries and resolve initial concerns through personalized communication
Effectively transfer qualified leads to the sales team with a comprehensive handover.
Maintain consistent engagement to maximize lead conversion potential
Track and report on lead qualification metrics and progress.
Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in lead qualification, customer service, or a related role.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Proficiency in using communication platforms like WhatsApp, email, and telephony tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to analyze leads and identify high-potential opportunities
