Lead QA

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive automation testing initiatives using Selenium with Java.
• Develop and maintain test scripts using TestNG and Maven.
• Integrate and execute test suites via Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in test planning, test case design, and test management.
• Use JIRA or similar bug tracking tools for issue management and reporting.
• Lead a team of testers, assign tasks, and review outputs for quality and coverage.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure adherence to best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• Proficiency in TestNG, Maven, Jenkins.
• Experience in test management practices and lifecycle.
• Good understanding of defect lifecycle management using tools like JIRA.
• Proven ability to lead a team and provide technical mentorship.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
