Lead QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to business analysts and QA team members on manual and automated testing
• Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to ensure user stories are well-defined, testable, and have measurable acceptance criteria
• Identify edge cases, risks, and requirement gaps early to improve story quality and test coverage
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning to promote quality
• Define and execute test strategies: manual test cases, automated scripts, web and API testing scenarios
• Develop and maintain automated test suites, integrate them into CI/CD pipelines
• Identify, track, and ensure timely defect resolution including root cause analysis and process improvements
• Continuously enhance QA processes, tools, and standards for better efficiency and product quality
• Collaborate across QA, development, and product teams to align quality goals, timelines, and delivery
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and incorporate customer feedback
• Ensure final product meets user expectations for functionality, performance, and usability
