Responsibilities

Own and evolve the end-to-end testing lifecycle (strategy, tools, coverage, ROI)

Define and own the QA strategy, test approach, and quality governance

Build scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and microservices

Define quality gates and drive shift-left testing

Establish test standards, templates, and best practices aligned with Industry standards

Lead performance, non-functional, and cross-browser testing

Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines with Dev & DevOps teams

Improve test coverage, stability, and release confidence

Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, PI planning, and retrospectives

Provide quality dashboards, risk assessments, and go live recommendations

Review test code, mentor team, and support debugging & RCA

Requirements

1014 years in QA Automation & Manual Test Engineering

Strong DSA & problem-solving with OOP-based design

Expertise in Playwright, UI & API automation, framework development

Solid understanding of SDLC, test strategy, coverage, and release processes

Hands-on with Postman, JMeter (or similar tools)

Experience with CI/CD, automation architecture, distributed systems debugging

Good manual testing capability

Strong communication, ownership, and collaboration skills

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related field

Hands-on engineer with production-level coding mindset

Strong knowledge of functional, regression & non-functional testing

Good documentation and collaboration skills

Focus on building scalable, reliable systems
