QE - Primary Skills that Candidate Must have :-

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in software quality engineering.

• Excellent in doing communication, presentation, and coordination with stakeholders.

• Out of box thinker with innovative mindset.

• In depth understanding of developing E2E Test Strategy, Test data Strategy etc.

• Advance in performing E2E Testing, Integration testing, API testing, DB testing .

• Hands on and Deep knowledge of Agile Test best Practices, Writing User Stories and test cases, Defect Management etc.

• Good Handson in automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium etc.).

• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.

• Hands on and understanding of AI-assisted testing tools in day-to-day activities (e.g.,UAIS,LLMs GitHub Copilot, TestGenAI, StoryCraft).

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, BDD/TDD, and test data management.

• Solid knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, and version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

• Exposure in AI/ML model validation or AI-integrated product testing.
