Lead Python Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with global stakeholders and SMEs to capture requirements and convert them into technical tasks.
• Lead design, development, and integration of Python-based applications and data pipelines.
• Manage, optimize, and troubleshoot databases, particularly SQL Server, Oracle, and Snowflake.
• Develop and implement automated ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Work closely with data analysts and business analysts to deliver robust data solutions.
• Mentor and guide fellow developers, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
• Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel for complex datasets.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, data management, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage version control on GitHub and handle releases to multiple environments.
• Conduct performance tuning of Python applications and SQL queries.
• Understand data lake platforms and optimize data retrieval and transformation.
• Work in Agile environments and adhere to release management principles.
• Build understanding of upstream data sources and business data granularity.
