Servilink Systems Limited is hiring a Lead Proposal Engineer with strong experience in preparing techno-commercial proposals for international clients, particularly in Oil & Gas, Process, and EPC projects. The role involves end-to-end proposal ownership and close coordination with cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of techno-commercial proposals for DCS, PLC, and Electrical Panels.
• Study RFQs, ITBs, and tender documents from international EPC and end customers.
• Prepare technical specifications, BOQs, cost estimations, and compliance statements.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams for accurate costing.
• Handle clarifications, deviations, and pre-bid queries with clients.
• Support negotiations and order finalization with international customers.
• Maintain proposal records, tender trackers, and documentation.
• Ensure proposals are aligned with client requirements, standards, and timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–8 years of experience in proposal/estimation for Control Systems & Electrical Panels.
• Knowledge of international standards and project execution practices.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
