About the Role
We are building one of the most ambitious AI-powered content studio. As Art Director and Lead Prompt Engineer, you will be the creative backbone of our production pipeline, owning visual consistency, character integrity and the overall aesthetic of our content.
This is not a traditional art director role. You will work at the intersection of creative direction and AI tooling, using cutting-edge image generation models to produce studio-quality frames at scale.
What You'll Do
- Own the visual identity of all characters, environments and FX
- Write, maintain and continuously refine a master prompt library for all characters and scenes
- Approve every generated frame before it enters the animation pipeline
- Collaborate directly with the founding team on screenplay adaptation and visual storytelling
- Define shot composition, camera angles and scene transitions
- Train and guide the junior prompt engineers to maintain consistency at scale
- Stay ahead of the latest developments in AI image and video generation tools
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of anime visual language- Korean manhwa, Studio Ghibli, action anime
- Experience with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Nano Banana or similar)
- Eye for character consistency across multiple generations
- Background in illustration, animation, or visual development is a strong plus
- Ability to translate screenplay directions into precise visual prompts
- Fast, iterative working style - this is a high-output production environment
Bonus Points
- Experience with Kling, Higgsfield, Runway or similar AI video tools
- Portfolio of AI generated content
- Understanding of short-form vertical video content.
