Job Purpose: Lead Projects - IBMS will be responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) projects within the data centres industry. This role requires a leader with a strong technical background, proven project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Project Management:

Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of IBMS projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Budget Management

Manage project budgets, oversee resource allocation, and handle procurement to optimize project outcomes and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Resource Management

Oversee project resources, including team members, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution.

Risk Management

Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.

Progress Monitoring

Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and senior leadership.

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Mentorship

Provide mentorship and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Professional Representation

Represent Adani with professionalism and integrity in all project-related interactions with clients, vendors, and partners.

Brand Positioning

Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market and company.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

Work Experience

12-15 Years of relevant experience in the data centres industry or similar industry

Demonstrated track record of successfully managing IBMS projects
