Lead Project

Key Responsibilities

1. New Store planning

• Own the complete NSO project plan
• Ensure store is 100% launch-ready before opening.

2. Project Planning & Execution

• Prepare project trackers covering:
• Civil work
• Interiors
• Electrical
• Signage
• Fixtures
• IT
• VM
• Stock
• Manpower
• Licenses/approvals
• Store launch activities
• Conduct regular project reviews and identify slippages early.
• Drive corrective actions to ensure timelines are met.

3. Budget & Cost Management

• Track project CAPEX and operating costs against approved budgets.
• Ensure project execution remains within the approved cost.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising store quality or brand standards.
• Coordinate with Finance and Procurement for timely approvals and payments.

4. Vendor Management

• Coordinate with contractors, architects, vendors and service providers.
• Monitor vendor performance against agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure timely resolution of project-related issues.
