Position: PMO Lead (Project Management Office)

Role Overview: The PMO Lead will establish and manage the Project Management Office framework, ensuring standardized project planning, tracking, reporting, governance, and risk management across all projects. This role will support project teams in schedule management, milestone tracking, cost monitoring, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
PMO Framework
- Establish and maintain PMO governance framework
- Develop standardized project management processes and templates
- Implement project tracking dashboards
Project Planning
- Support PMs in:
- Project baseline scheduling
- Resource allocation
- Milestone planning
- Critical path tracking
Monitoring & Reporting
- Track project progress across all projects
- Prepare weekly and monthly project dashboards
- Highlight risks and delays to management
Cost & Budget Monitoring
- Track project cost vs budget
- Support finance team in project billing milestones
- Monitor project profitability
Risk & Issue Management
- Maintain risk registers
- Track mitigation plans
Performance Tracking
- Monitor PM performance and delivery metrics
- Ensure adherence to delivery timelines and quality standards
Tools & Systems
- Implement tools such as:
- Microsoft Project [Must Know]
- Primavera [Added Advantage]
- Power BI dashboards [Added Advantage]
- Project tracking systems [Added Advantage]
