Vista is looking for an insightful and energetic Lead Technical Project Manager / Delivery Manager to become part of our Enterprise Business Solutions Team. This position requires robust analytical skills and SDLC management capabilities. In this role, you will collaborate with a global team to develop and sustain Vista's enterprise systems, including essential interfaces with external partners, playing a crucial role in supporting business operations.

As a Lead Technical Project Manager / Delivery Manager, you will work closely with a variety of groups, business specialists, with opportunities to work with external partners technology specialists.

Job Description

Are you a high-velocity leader who thrives in the space between complex business logic and technical execution We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to spearhead mission-critical projects across our SAP S/4HANA landscape, .NET integrations, and broader enterprise ecosystem. This isn't a check-the-box and report status role. We need a dynamic driver with entrepreneurial hustle, who thinks outside the traditional PMO box, and is obsessed with leveraging AI-based tools to maximize project management efficiency.

You will be managing projects across multiple teams between SAP Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain. Your goal is to ensure that our technology stack doesn't just work, but evolves at the speed of our business. You will lead cross-functional project teams to deliver seamless integrations and robust SAP enhancements through impeccable organization and swift execution.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Management: Own the full project lifecycle from initial discovery and scoping through to UAT, cutover, and hyper-care. You are responsible for ensuring every milestone is hit with precision. You will form a governance structure, and drive each workstream's activities through both direct guidance and effective delegation.
• Rigorous Task Organization: Deconstruct complex enterprise initiatives into granular, executable plans and task lists. You will maintain the source of truth for project progress, ensuring no detail falls through the cracks across workstreams.
• Resource & Capacity Planning: Direct the efforts of internal teams and external partners. You must balance workloads across Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain projects to ensure high-priority items move at maximum velocity. You must look ahead and anticipate capacity needs to ensure project success, and will advocate for the required resources with managers across EBS and beyond.
• Proactive Risk Mitigation: Identify technical or functional bottlenecks (e.g., integration gaps or SAP data dependencies) before they become red items in the status report. You don't just report risks; you propose solutions with out-of-the-box thinking.
• AI-Driven Efficiency: Actively research and implement AI-based project management tools (e.g., automated task prioritization, predictive scheduling, AI-generated documentation) to eliminate manual overhead and accelerate delivery.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary bridge between business leads and technical teams. You must translate complex technical project issues, successes, and statuses into clear business impact and actionable decisions for leadership. You must have an innate feeling for decisions that you can make and own immediately, vs those that require leadership input.
• Speed of Execution: Establish a high-cadence operating model. You will be expected to pivot quickly as business needs change without sacrificing the organizational integrity of the project.

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management, 5+ years of experience of experience in SAP based Projects
• Deep SAP Expertise is a Must: You possess functional depth in at least one core area: Sales (SD), Finance (FI/CO), or Supply Chain (MM/PP/EWM). You understand the business logic that drives these modules.
• Proven Project Management Track Record: Your work history must contain numerous roles as a lead PM on major initiatives, showcasing end-to-end understanding and success.
• Entrepreneurial DNA: You have a natural bias for action and a high degree of adaptability. You thrive in figure it out environments where speed is a competitive advantage. You do not give up easily; if one path seems impossible, you already have a backup plan.
• Organizational Mastery: You have an exceptional ability to structure chaos into clear, executable project plans. You balance the need for meticulous detail with the need for rapid execution. You understand that a plan is a living document, and you can adjust quickly to new information, while keeping the plan clear and realistic.
• Innovation & AI Mindset: You have made strides in your AI journey and seek to automate the administrative grunt work of project management, allowing you to focus on high-value delivery and strategy.
• Swift & Adaptive Thinking: You are an out-of-the-box thinker who can pivot mid-stream when project requirements shift, ensuring the end goal remains in sight.

Nice To Have

• Exposure to SAP Basis, SAP Security and Networking teams for effective project management.
• Ability to work with SAP (the company) on product issues / incidents and pushing them for solutions.
