How You'll Help Us Keep Climbing (Overview & Key Responsibilities)

Maintain a relentless focus on execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery while paying meticulous attention to detail.Efficiently manage people, monitor timelines, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.Building strong relationships within the team and ability to resolve conflicts. Work seamlessly with engineers, product owners, and strategic partners, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.Strong focus on design, planning and execution of the project from concept to production. Take full ownership and responsibility for the success of the projects.

What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

• 7+ years of experience in the IT industry with at least 3+ years of project management in an enterprise level.
• Well versed with SDLC processes and have proven experience of delivering enterprise product from concept to production.
• Experience in delivering Agile projects
• Experience in an enterprise technology environment with multiple dependent platforms and shared services.
• Experience in cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
• Exceptional communications skills is required.
• Strong organizational and facilitation skills, with the ability to take ownership of initiatives, prioritize multiple tasks, and drive projects to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
• Ability to brainstorm and communicate technology ideas and issues with peers and leadership
• Strong understanding of quality engineering (Manual and automation)
• Exposure and good understanding of CI/CD
• Hand-on experience using Project Management tools such as Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Projects, etc.
