Lead Project Engineer

• Design and implement complex system requirements for customer projects

• Analyze existing systems and define technical specifications and workflows

• Determine input/output processes and system compatibility requirements

• Coordinate design of subsystems and integration of end-to-end solutions

• Identify, analyze, and resolve system and program support deficiencies

• Develop corrective actions and recommend technical improvements

• Deliver technical solutions using hardware/software platforms or third-party systems

• Align solutions with customer business goals, infrastructure, and needs

• Participate in sales discussions and proposal presentations

• Support ongoing project and account-level technical activities

• Recommend system implementation strategies and enterprise solutions

• Ensure smooth integration of hardware and software components
