Job Description

Role Overview

  • We are seeking a skilled and certifiedWMS Solution Designerwith hands-on experience in implementing and configuring WMS across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and functional capabilities, along with excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and mentor junior members.

Technical Skills

  • Proven experience inat least 2 WMS site implementations
  • Strong understanding of:
  • RF (Radio Frequency) technologies
  • MTF (Material Transfer Framework)
  • Socket Communications
  • EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
  • Ability to design and optimize technical architecture for WMS solution

Functional Skills

  • Experience insolution designandend-to-end WMS configuration
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
  • Skilled in preparing documentation and writing samples for solution delivery

Interpersonal Skills

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Comfortable and confident in virtual meetings and on-camera interactions
  • Demonstrated ability tomentor mid-level and entry-level team members
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on team development and knowledge sharing
