Role Overview
The Lead Program Manager will lead strategic, cross-functional programs that drive innovation and operational excellence across Cyber Engineering initiatives, while ensuring alignment with enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity standards. This role requires deep program management expertise, strong technical acumen, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across engineering and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership: Plan, organize, and manage multiple programs ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and objectives. Develop and maintain program roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities. Anticipate risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery. Drive execution across diverse teams, resolving issues and managing dependencies. Define KPIs and success metrics for programs. Ensure continuous improvement through feedback loops and process optimization. Effectively lead all scrum ceremonies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Data Engineering, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions. Foster collaboration across stakeholders, vendors, and leadership teams.
Change & Conflict Management: Apply organizational change management methodologies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies. Proactively manage and resolve conflicts within teams and across stakeholders to maintain program momentum.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and execute communication strategies tailored to diverse audiences. Influence and align senior leaders, engineering managers, and business stakeholders. Provide program status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and executive leadership in a clear and concise manner.
