You are responsible for setting up and leading BA - Production team related activities at River
You are responsible for developing safe shopfloor meeting ISO14001 & 45001 standards
Creating and maintaining all relevant documents meeting ISO9001 requirements
Responsible for upholding processes, work instructions and necessary quality inspection steps to ensure timely readiness of products
You are responsible for hiring, training & supervising engineers and technicians for production team
You are responsible for developing a high performing team with a continuous improvement mindset
You will be planning production shifts to ensure daily / monthly targets are met
You will be Coordinating with other departments to ensure that equipment and materials are available for use by other departments as needed
You will also be encouraged to suggest necessary changes in processes to make products easy to assemble. You will also be sharing your feedback wrt machines/ parts / processes to ensure ergonomics and efficiency
You will be responsible for line balancing to optimize production line efficiency
You will be responsible to optimize cost through COPQ reduction and consumable usage optimization
You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining annual OpeX budget
You are responsible for maintaining a clean work space promoting 5S

Has an excellent attitude to ensure production of a quality product
8+ years of experience in managing assembly lines to ensure production activities has been handled in a timely manner
B.E/B. Tech - Mech/ Electrical / production Engineering
Proven work experience as Production lead with relevant experience
