ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE:
- To manage overall Product development [TW & Pre-Owned Cars] for the VF department
- To track and monitor overall VF portfolio health [TW & Pre-Owned Cars Business]
- To automate processes and provide enablers for growth of business
- Define & lead the product vision, planning & strategy for the department
- Oversee the product development & go to market strategy for the TW product
- Oversee the overall budgeting plan for the department
- Leverage ancillary product [Trade Advance] and help in setting up of Inventory Funding
- Develop tech enablers for growth of business and to improve process efficiency
- Participate in negotiations and setting up collaborations with DSA/Fintech partners
- Competitor benchmarking and market study to upgrade existing product and services
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and IT to make sure critical projects are launched on time
- Collaborate with Compliance, Risk and Audit to assess and mitigate risks
- Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Collections, Operations to formulate holistic Product strategy to enable growth of business
- Liaison with other businesses within the bank to build synergy for business growth
Educational Qualifications: Degree/PG / MBA or equivalent
Experience:
- Minimum 11-13 years of overall experience in managing product development and strategy with minimum 2-3 years of related experience [proven track record of managing portfolio in similar capacity]
- Experience in Vehicle Finance Product [TW, Pre-Owned Cars, Light Commercial Vehicle, etc will be preferred]
