Lead Product Validation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed test plans to validate new products, features, and enhancements
• Design, implement, and maintain automated testing scripts using various tools and technologies
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and prioritize validation efforts
• Continuously improve testing processes by staying current with industry trends, tools, and methodologies
• Ensure validation procedures align with product specifications and design requirements
• Provide mentorship and guidance on validation best practices within the team
• Contribute to product quality metrics and verification closure reports
