Lead Product Software Engineer(Must have in current project: Java, springboot, Angular, AWS)

Experience:

. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the software industry

. Mature experience in working in agile teams using modern technologies in back-end dev, databases &

DevOps.

. Adopt new technologies and concepts quickly and should always be interested in new upcoming tools and

languages.

. Experience acting as a team leader for developers, including supervisory responsibilities.

Tasks and responsibilities:

. Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.

. Collaborate with the developers and other team members to establish objectives and design functional,

cohesive code.

. Deep knowledge of architectural and design patterns for business tier web development

. Experience performing code reviews and providing technical guidance and mentoring.

. Development of the backend services using Java, Spring boot

. Development and fine-tuning of SQL Queries

. Development of the front end applicaiton using latest versions of Angular or React . Developing according to best practices and architecture defined the Architect Community . Take a proactive role during backlog-refinement (grooming) sessions on solutions for the requested requirements. . Solving incidents. . Analyze and improve performance. . Create documentation where appropriate. . Planning and reporting on progress in accordance with Agile/SCRUM . Work together with the front-end/back-end developers within the SCRUM teams. Proven experience, a mix of: . Java 17+ . Spring Boot . Angular 17+ . OOP and Design Patterns . Microservices Architecture . ANSI SQL for Oracle or MySQL . Docker . Amazon AWS Stack (ECS, Lambda, S3, KMS, Secret Manager etc.) . Unit and Integration Test frameworks . Debugging skills

Nice-to-have experience in:

. Linux

. Kubernetes

. Other Agile methods: Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, SAFe

. Atlassian Stack (BitBucket, SonarQube, Confluence, JIRA, Bamboo)

. GitHub Co-Pilot or similar
