Job Description:
- Work with POs to understand the product requirements and define integration requirements between third party components, internal components and the middleware
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (development, architects, business stakeholders) to ensure alignment with goals
- Manage stakeholder communication & Manage dependencies
- Base product vendor management related to the program milestones
- Planning & Implementation - Create program plans outlining scope, timeline, and budget. Work with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure alignment
- Identify potential risks, develop contingency plans
- Participate/drive spec review and work with stakeholders to identify any changes require
- Forward planning/Manage product backlog in line with the release/program timeline
- Perform sprint ceremonies and maintain sprint metrics
You are a successful candidate if you have
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to balance business priorities and technical constraints.
- Technical Skills: Agile methodologies, data analysis, product development tools, project management tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira)
- Business Acumen: Market analysis, ROI assessment, strategic planning.
