Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Product with strong expertise in inventory management and B2B product development. In this role, you will drive the strategy and execution of inventory-related capabilities, building scalable and efficient solutions that support complex business workflows across supply chain and logistics ecosystems.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance inventory visibility, improve operational efficiency, and deliver high-impact features to enterprise customers.

What your new challenge will look like

  • Define and drive the product roadmap for inventory management capabilities.
  • Aligning product priorities with business goals and customer needs
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Define, track, and optimize key metrics such as: Inventory accuracy, Fill rate and order fulfillment, Stock turnover and aging, Operational efficiency.
  • Design and enhance core inventory features such as: Stock lifecycle (inbound, outbound, returns, adjustments), multi-location inventory tracking, Inventory reconciliation, and audit processes.
  • Use data insights and customer feedback to drive product improvements.
  • Ensure high level of inventory visibility, accuracy, and control.
  • Build solutions tailored for enterprise and B2B customers.
  • Understand and map complex operational workflows across supply chain systems.
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
  • Own sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management
  • Ensure timely delivery with high quality.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives and customer onboarding.
  • Apply deep knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies to guide product planning and execution.
  • Establish KPIs for product adoption, AI accuracy, and operational efficiency; iterate based on feedback and data insights.
  • Stay informed on logistics trends, AI advancements, and customer pain points to continuously refine product vision.
  • Support the growth of junior product managers and contribute to evolving product management practices.

Why you belong at 4flow

  • 6+ years of product management experience in supply chain management.
  • Proven experience delivering complex digital products with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong background in inventory, supply chain, or logistics software.
  • Experience with ERP/WMS integrations such as SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, and Blue Yonder.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Good knowledge of SDLC, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), and product discovery methods.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong ownership mindset, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Strategic, user-focused, and driven toward continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to organizational success.
