Job Responsibilities :

● Lead the product life cycle, including vision, strategy, roadmap, requirements, user experience,

delivery, launch, improvements & support

● Conduct market research and analysis to identify business needs and translate them into

requirements

● Translate product requirements into sprint planning, define product feature sets with clear

requirements

● Collaborate across disciplines including, business, design, development, QA, implementation &

customer support teams to deliver defined feature sets

● Define & document success criteria for testing and product acceptance

● Continuously monitor and analyze product performance, usage data, and customer feedback to

identify areas for improvement and optimization.

● Own, manager & prioritize product development backlogs

Required

● Proven 8+ years of experience in Product Management with leadership experience.● Strong experience managing consumer-facing digital products across web and mobile platforms.● Proven expertise in roadmap planning, agile product development, and stakeholder management.● Strong understanding of UX principles, customer behavior, and product growth strategies.● Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.
