Job Purpose
As a Lead Product Manager for Conversational AI at IDFC First Bank, you will be responsible for developing and scaling AI-powered solutions to enhance customer experience, automation, and decision-making across banking products. You will work with data scientists, AI engineers, digital banking teams, and compliance experts to build AI-driven personalization, conversational banking, and risk assessment tools.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Define the Conversational AI roadmap for digital banking, improving customer engagement, fraud detection, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and business teams to launch AI-powered solutions like chatbots, predictive analytics, and smart financial assistants.
- Enhance AI-driven personalization in mobile banking, lending, and payments.
- Drive AI-powered credit risk assessment models to improve loan underwriting.
- Partner with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure AI models meet banking regulations and ethical AI standards.
- Define key KPIs for AI adoption, accuracy, and customer impact.
- Manage cross-functional teams to scale AI features from pilot to production.
- Stay updated on AI trends in fintech and banking, applying best practices for scalable AI deployment.
Education Qualification
Graduation: Bachelor's degree any relevant stream
Post-graduation: Any Stream
Experience: 07 to 10 years of relevant experience.
