Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to lead product strategy, execution, and innovation across both our core business and emerging ventures. This is a high-impact leadership role working closely with HOD, founders and business leaders to identify market opportunities, validate new ideas, and build scalable products from 0→1 while continuing to strengthen and scale our existing product ecosystem. The ideal candidate has built and scaled products in product-led organizations and brings experience across B2B, B2C, or B2B2C platforms

What You'll Own

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across multiple product lines.
  • Lead the development of new products and businesses from concept to scale.
  • Identify and validate new opportunities through customer discovery, market analysis, experimentation, and rapid execution.
  • Build products that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.
  • Drive product decisions using customer insights, data, and commercial impact.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Growth, Finance, and Leadership teams.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Product Managers.
  • Establish strong product management practices, operating rhythms, and execution frameworks.

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of product management experience in high-growth technology companies.
  • Proven experience building and scaling products from 0→1 and 1→N.
  • Experience leading and mentoring Product Managers.
  • Strong product intuition combined with analytical and commercial thinking.
  • Demonstrated success driving cross-functional execution in complex environments.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Product-led B2B, B2C, or B2B2C companies.
  • Mobility, logistics, SaaS, fintech, marketplace, EV, supply chain, or operations-tech businesses.
  • Experience building products for both external customers and internal operational teams.
  • Engineering degree preferred; MBA is a plus.
