Summary: We are looking for a Product Manager who can own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from understanding customer and business value to delivery and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is strong in Agile/Scrum practices, prioritization, project planning, and stakeholder management, with a proven ability to deliver on deadlines, proactively identify risks, and clearly articulate the product&rsquos value proposition.
Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Value Proposition
Understand and clearly define the product value proposition, customer problems, and business outcomes.
Translate business objectives and customer needs into a clear product vision and roadmap.
Ensure product decisions are aligned with strategic goals, customer value, and measurable outcomes.
Make trade-off decisions based on value, impact, risk, and delivery timelines.
Agile & Scrum Execution
Act as Product Owner within Agile/Scrum teams.
Own and manage the product backlog, including writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Partner closely with engineering and design to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
Prioritization & Planning
Prioritize features, enhancements, and defects using structured frameworks (e.g., value vs. effort, risk, urgency).
Develop and maintain project plans, release plans, and delivery timelines.
Balance short-term delivery commitments with long-term roadmap objectives.
Project Planning & Documentation
Create and maintain project planning documentation, including:
Product requirements
Roadmaps and milestones
Release notes and change logs
Decision logs and dependencies
Ensure documentation is clear, up to date, and accessible to all stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with business, engineering, design, operations, compliance, and leadership stakeholders.
Communicate priorities, progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly and proactively.
Align stakeholders on scope, timelines, and expected outcomes.
Risk & Delivery Management
Proactively identify, assess, and flag risks related to scope, timelines, dependencies, or quality.
Track dependencies and mitigate delivery blockers early.
Ensure deadlines are met through disciplined planning, clear communication, and proactive issue resolution.
