Lead Product Management

What You'll Do:

• Craft and execute detailed product roadmaps that align with the company's vision, influenced by deep market analysis and ongoing stakeholder feedback
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (customer success, engineering and product management function) and external customers to gather feedback and ensure product goals meet market and user requirements
• Partner with UI teams to create compelling, user-first designs that drive engagement and differentiate our products in the market
• Direct agile teams with a focused, clear approach, managing product backlogs, sprint planning, and iterative feedback loops to deliver value swiftly
• Keep a pulse on emerging AI trends and technologies, steering product innovation to maintain our competitive edge and meet futuristic market needs
• Participate in scrum meetings to provide clarity on requirements and acceptance criteria at requirement level
• Work with client teams to get an agreement on scope of changes and enhancements to existing products
• Must be able to explain design decisions to their peers and articulate the advantages and risks of their decisions to senior managers
• Must be able to give demo of the product to client teams when required

What You'll Bring:

ZS welcomes candidates with degrees in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics or a related discipline. Additionally, we seek individuals with the following qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years in roles such as Data Scientist, Business Analyst, or Product Owner, with a focus on AI technologies.
